Inspired by doubt, Nell’s academic background in film and philosophy has taught her that the world is rarely what it seems and all assumptions should be questioned. This outlook is reflected in her deep love for the strangeness that film can depict, as well as its power to show and embrace the diversity and inclusivity of the world that should be.

Her extensive experience of working with children is another source of inspiration to be playful and curious. As a film producer, she aims to put these ideas into action by ensuring a kind and welcoming filmmaking environment. Being environmentally conscious is the bare minimum in 2020, and Nell wants filmmaking to join the ranks of industries taking responsibility for their impact, with an aim at making carbon-neutral films.. Her long-term goal is to make films that are generous and kind to cast and crew, challenging and fun in spirit, and respectful to the planet.

Dmitri got his start in the film world offering immersive aerial tours of his hometown, Tallinn. One of the early pioneers of drone filmmaking, Dmitri began flying, filming, and editing to provide birds-eye-view 360 degree VR tours of the city. The experience of watching these films in VR goggles proved to be so popular, startup accelerator Buildit invited him to build a custom drone with a VR camera attachment.

He eventually transitioned into working on "regular" videos as a one man band, filming, lighting, editing, sound engineering, animating and color correcting. It didn't take long for production company Propapanda to hire him as a Producer, and he worked alongside one of the best talents in the industry.
